Lifting a Cambro of salad

I was taking ingredients from the cooler. I think I might have lifted something heavy. I suddenly felt that my feet were burning or swollen. I told my team leader about this and she gave me a rubber mat to stand on. However I was not feeling well. I continued to feel unwell at home. I was sick and couldn 't walk. I booked an online appointment with a doctor. The doctor advised me to come in to the office. When I went in he gave me a pain reliever. However the pain reliever still does not work even now. I feel pain radiating from my shoulder to my feet when I lift something heavy or when I stand for too long. I was sick for 16 days.
