What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] our employee was engaged in a delivery in a residential area specifically at [REDACTED]. The delivery associate ([REDACTED]) successfully delivered a package to the residence and was in the process of returning to their vehicle when a dog from the address pursued them resulting in a bite to their left leg. The DA promptly contacted dispatch to report the incident followed by notifying the hotline EMS and the police. Upon EMS arrival the DA underwent an examination to assess for infections and the wound was appropriately wrapped. Subsequently the police arrived to conduct a report on the incident.
