What happened
I was in the CEA grow room dumping buckets of soil onto the tray to prepare for sowing wheat grass seed. As I was dumping soil onto a tray on the bottom level I was crouched down. When I stood up someone had a tray pulled out prior to prep for sowing above my head. I did not know this and when I stood up and turned to look up I hit the right front of my forehead on the tray.
