Employee 1 was on a double jack pallet looking for a safe aisle to cross to [REDACTED] area once he reached aisle [REDACTED] another employee 2 was coming out of the aisle but stopped employee 1 swerved to the right to avoid employee 2 and employee 3 was making a right turn in aisle [REDACTED] without looking at the direction where he was travelling too resulting in employee 1 and 3 colliding and falling to the ground employee 1 seemed fine.
