EE STATES HE WAS PUTTING A BOX ON A CART AND THE BOX SLIPPED AND HE TRIED TO PREVENT THE BOX FROM FAILLING TO THE GROUND AND HE EXTENDED HIS RIGHT ARM AND THE BOX HIT HIM IN HIS RT SHOULDER CAUSING HIM TO FALL TO HIS KNEES EE WAS PUTTING A BOX ON A CART
What happened
I was putting a box on a cart while on the sales floor. The box on the cart slipped. I tried to prevent the box from falling to the ground and when I had my right arm extended the box hit my right shoulder. When the box hit my shoulder I fell down to one knee the right knee. I didn 't feel numbness in the shoulder but it feels achy. While I have full strength in my right hand I cannot lift my right arm at all. I have full range of motion in my elbow but again cannot lift my arm at all either upwards or to the side.
