What happened
Employee believes he fainted while loading product onto the Grocery Bailer in the back room. The last thing he remembers is not feeling well and when he became conscious he realized he was on the ground and his right lower forearm had a deep cut. Employee said he hit his head on the ground and can feel a bump on the top portion of it. Employee also has a large deep gash on his right lower forearm. His wife came and picked him up and is taking him to [REDACTED]. He is feeling much better and is going to seek medical attention for the bump on his head and may need stiches in his arm.
