What happened
The employee stated They were unloading the dairy trailer and were removing the milk pallets. When I came in to remove two vertical wooden pallets to the right of the previous mentioned dairy pallet I removed one of the wooden pallets and put it on the floor of the trailer. When I went back to approach the second vertical pallet unexpectedly the pallet fell straight down on my left foot. I was unable to avoid the pallet. The power Jack was not near the pallets.
