Employee States I was walking down to my car and I fell on what I believe was an acorn in the parking lot. I was about 4 cars away from my car and I fell on my left knee and palm. So the ankle rolled outward and that caused me to fall on my knee and I put both hands up to protect my face. I had a few small stones in my palms.
