What happened
Employee stated I was lifting the rice bin to and from the rice cooker to the scale. I was doing that multiple times in the morning as well as lifting the blue rice bins from the ground up. I was also cooking extra rice for the kitchen that day. All of that caused the pain in my left forearm. I finished work and worked the next day but didnt lift anything heavy. I went to urgent care to get my arm looked at on [REDACTED]. I was excused from work on [REDACTED].
