Breakdown

Employee states We were breaking down the truck and I had been fine until I had lifted one of the crockpots which was a heavier box and as I lifted it and put it down my upper back felt strange. It hurt a little as I finished putting up the pallet but thought it was more of a 'twist ' so I didn 't think too much of it. I continued to remove items from the pallet and put it on runner. When doing so I still needed to bend down and pick items up which caused my shoulder blade to feel tense and strained.
