What happened
Employee stated that she was attending to a customer she had placed two pizza slices into the oven. When employee went to take the pizza slices out she opened the pizza oven door with her right hand went to grab the pizza tongs and as she was using her right hand to grab the pizza slices the oven door closed on top of her right hand. Employee then used her left hand to open the door she got the pizza slices out and gave them to the customer. Then proceeded to tell one of her co workers about burning her hand.
