Employee states he was cracking a parmigiano wheel when hand holding the spatula tool (left hand) slipped off the handle and slide down the blade. Employee has laceration to the inside of left palm under the pinky and ring finger. Bleeding controlled by pressure and elevation. Employee also stated he felt dizzy and was seated in chair.
