Employee was standing at the end of a shaker table that shakes steel castings into a tub for transport to another department. Employee was guiding assisting the castings into the tub.

The shaker table oscillates causing the steel castings to travel to the end of the table where the casting then fall into a transport tub. The employee was attempting to separate two castings on the table while it was oscillating. The castings shifted positions causing one casting to fall on another and pinching employees left middle finger tip between the two castings.
