Before the incident
EE was loading heaters double stacked into the back of a trailer and couldnt keep up with the momentum so EE turned body 180 degrees to avoid the heaters coming back at EE but right anterior knee slammed onto the hard-wood trailer floor causing pain a knot on lower anterior knee and a quarter-sized non-bleeding abrasion on EEs knee. EE denies being hit in the head. EE said knee has buckled and cannot walk normally.
