What happened
The injured employee was fabricating a door out of carbonate. As he cut the sheet with a circular saw debris flew into his right eye which became slightly irritated upon leaving work. When the employee returned to work on [REDACTED] his eye was swollen shut and he went to the ER. The employee was given prescription eyedrops.
