Working on a CIP pump in the CIP Room

a maintenance technician was involved in an incident in the CIP Chemical room. While checking [REDACTED] it was determined that the pump needed replaced. The technician was instructed to replace the [REDACTED] pump with the [REDACTED] pump. However the hose on [REDACTED] was leaking and when the technician checked it the hose disconnected and sprayed caustic chemicals onto the technician.
