Unloading a SUN window truck doors- [REDACTED] was steading a bunch of banded doors. The Sun driver [REDACTED] suddenly tried to pull the doors in back ours out and the doors [REDACTED] was steading started to slide. The doors were too heavy to stop and they push [REDACTED] into the side of the truck and he felt and heard cracking in his neck [REDACTED] crawled out from underneath the doors. [REDACTED] ran to get [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] asked [REDACTED] a few questions and calmed down a bit. [REDACTED] wanted to drive himself to the hospital and [REDACTED] made decision to call ambulance since it was a neck injury. Ambulance transported [REDACTED] to Maimi Valley Hospital - [REDACTED] 's wife was notified when we called squad and once the squad determined where they were taking him.
