Instrument equipment cleaning

I was in decontamination cleaning instruments; I was using a brush and the forceps went through my two pairs of gloves. I was aware when it happened assuming it only nicked through my first pair of gloves. When I went to take the gloves off I noticed a little blood where I was nicked with the end of the forceps.
