What happened

I was in the process of walking from a stairway #5 in the [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]) at the 1st floor elevation down to the [REDACTED] Basement elevation. I grabbed the aluminum handrail on the north wall of this stairwell #5 and then on my first step down with my right foot from the green colored terrazzo surface of the landing and stairs my right foot slipped down to the next two steps As I had already grabbed the aluminum handrail I was able prevent my feet and body from sliding any farther down this s tairwell. However when my feet and body stopped sliding this suddenly I experienced a discomfort in my right elbow three fingers on my right hand and in the musculature of the several obliquely positioned muscle groups on both sides of my back left a nd right laterally between my spine and the outer sides of the ribcage and some of the obliquely positioned muscles at the top of the abdomen at the back. I observed some clear liquid moisture on the edge of the green colored terrazzo surfac
