What happened
I was carrying a patient food tray to room 605 somewhat heavy tray. Had both hands on it stumbled a bit & jerked forward not to lose tray & felt a pop in (R) shoulder joint area & arm. Nurse saw me & quickly took tray & asked if Ok because I looked in pain. I went to sit down & within hour or less I could not move my arm to side or lift it very painful.
