Before the incident
The injured employee was in training on the Bun Line [REDACTED] in the make-up area. Just prior to the incident the employee was shaking pans full of dough on the pan exit side of the accupan.
What happened
The employee saw two (2) hot dog pans double stacked coming down the incline to the entrance to the [REDACTED] and transitioned to that location to pull the pans off the line before jamming the accupan. When he grabbed the pans they were hot and he jerked them off the conveyor and dropped the pans which fell on the top of his right foot.
