What happened
EE was assigned to [REDACTED] tugger route. EE was exiting [REDACTED] on tugger when the EE started to lose balance and the tugger veered to the right as the EE body went left. This caused the EE to lose control of the tugger and crashed into a sealant automated machinery and EE jumped off. When EE jumped off EEs body hit a the 2nd automated machinery and then hit the ground.
