EE was working on the roof of the megapack at 11k EE started working ahead by removing the def vent covers prior to doing the sealant and or having the def vents near by to put them on as EE removed the covers EE left the roof uncover to go down stairs to grab the def vents again EE went out of process to save some steps EE grab more than one def vent and EE went back up to the roof EE placed the def vents on the floor of the scaffolding climb down to the pack then procced to grab the def vents to relocate them on the opposite side of the scaffolding as EE try to step back EEs foot went through the opening causing EE to fall and get a laceration on EEs left top hip as well getting hit on the lip by the def vents.
