WHEN [REDACTED] SAW EE 5SING THE ZIP-TIES FROM THE FLOOR [REDACTED] ONLY PARTIALLY EXTENDED RACK AND INFORMED EE OF RACK - EE STATED HAVING HEARD [REDACTED] WARNING BUT INSTINCUTALLY GOT UP THINKING THEY WERE CLEAR OF RACK. EE THEN STRUCK THIER MIDDLE BACK ON CORNER OF RACK. WHEN EE FURTHER EVALUATED THEMSELVES DURING BREAK EE REALIZED THERE WAS A SMALL ABRASION - LATER DURING THE SHIFT THE EE STATED FEELING PAIN IN THAT SAME AREA REQUESTING TO BE FURTHER EVALUATED BY EMS AT ON-SITE CLINIC
