What happened
Team member was getting ready to help flip over metal wall onto a new pallet since it came in the wrong way and we could not take it to the line the way it came in. Part number 1743987-11-d is a metal wall part. Before starting the lead notice the team member did not have gloves and told the team member to wait while employee went to get them gloves. When the lead came back the team member started and ended up cutting themselves on the metal wall part. Was not a keep cut and did not want medical care.
