Associate set a part down into a fixture while holding the part incorrectly

When the associate set the part down their left ring finger was between the part and the fixture. This smashed and broke the left ring finger of the associate who then got light-headed and passed out causing a fall. When they hit the ground they received a laceration to the back of the head
