EE stepping backward
What happened
An EE was on the aisle between BEV and the end cap press the EE saw a forklift coming down the aisle and stepped back to get out of the way of the forklift. When the EE stepped back their heel caught on one of the tooling pallets beside the endcap press and fell backwards on to the tooling.
