Operating forklift unloading pallets

Forklift Operator was loading stacks of wooden pallets into dock door 16 when they began to experience irritation in their eye. Operator stated they felt a foreign object in their eye that resulted in the irritation. Operator later reported to the onsite Nurse who administered first-aid. The operator was still experiencing irritation and was sent to an outside medical provider for further evaluation.
