While tranferring client with the [REDACTED]. IW was standing on the right side of the client with remote and begin to open the [REDACTED] legs.IW was standing beside the chair holding the sling handles positioning the client to center client in the chair while lowering the lift. As one worker was lowering the legs the legs rolled over the IW feet. The IW let out a moan and the employee operating the lift stopped and looked at the IW right foot and saw where it had began to swell.
