What happened
*TM kept in hospital for observation for possible underlying condition not the actual shock Per Team member statement: on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED]- Line 21 filler while performing an hourly quality check with the torqo machine TM reached up to remove the chuck from the bottle and felt a shock to the right hand. TM immediately noticed hand was going numb and notified the Level 5 who in turn notified the team lead. Machine was isolated disconnected red tagged and removed from the filler table station. Controls and maintenance were notified of the issue and asked to identify source issue with equipment.
