EE was attempting to retrieve a [REDACTED] Royal box that was at the back of a pallet located in push backs [REDACTED] Royal glues their cases together because they have glossy packaging and the cases slide While the EE was gaining leverage to pull the [REDACTED] cases apart they placed their foot on the pallet pushback slide the pallet was pushed and moved and the EE lost their footing while picking the case from the second level and fell hitting his side on the machine According to the EE they also fell at length to where their feet were able to touch the floor but they never hit the floor There was no visible damage to EEs fall pro EE stated that they were able to pull themselves back up on to their picker and then drove to their supervisors office
