Before the incident
While moving the power jack away from the front of our company pallet i began to walk backwards with the power jack moving and collided with a pallet that an HEB truck driver was pushing forward before the incident occurred i saw the driver unloading the truck and saw that he had moved away from the area I was in At that point i began walking backwards with the power jack After several steps I felt an impact on my right side I was pushed into the power jack and my right foot went under the pallet being pushed by the HEB driver After he heard me yell the driver stopped moving forward looked around the pallet saw me and then backed up He then came around his pallet and proceeded to tell me that I needed to stay out of the way As well as that I was backing up while he was pushing the pallet and again that I needed to stay out of the way I then went to sit down on some bags of rice where my partner [REDACTED] came to check on me I asked him to call my manager and to help me over to the sta
