What happened
The nurse helped me to transfer patient onto the bed so we could get her cleaned up. after we were done the nurse got her legs by the side of the belt while i used the gait belt to get her upper body from the beg. unfortunately we notice she started slipping of the belt since she had a silky pijamas on it was slippery. so i grabbed the gait belt and all of her weight was on me since i did not want her to fall. my right arm and back was hurting but we finally got her back to her chair safe.
