Before the incident
Evaluating donated tissue at the hospital refrigerator. Employee found a donation container which appeared to have blood fluid leaking from the donation bags into the container. The employee cleaned the conatiner using cleaning materials and disinfectant from the hospital. The employee was wearing gloves and scrubs but was not wearing full PPE.
