EE is working inventory and was in the weld department picking parts from the [REDACTED] and 03 racks He was lifting green totes of steel plates not expecting them to be heavy but admits they must be over 35 in which case he should have been using a hoist

EE was lifting the second tote which contained 14 partsthe first had 11 and tried to push it back on the rack when he heard a pop from the L arm. He states it had to be loud to hear it through my ear plugs
