Moving an empty container into a stack and beginning to backup.

[REDACTED] was grounding containers in [REDACTED]. After grounding a driver he backed out of the stack and collided with an OTR driver that was driving in the wrong direction. Back right side of empty handler collided with front right side of drivers cab. Driver stated he was stuck in traffic on marsh road and turned down the GH row to get out of traffic.
