Pipefitter General [REDACTED] was walking around the southeast side of the caster to communicate with the Ironworker crew in the area. He was trying to coordinate to get materials loaded onto a trailer. While talking with the Ironworker crew the GF was walking while looking away when he tripped over an exposed ground cable resulting in him falling to the ground.
