What happened
Nearing the end of shift I was setting out QC equipment for the following day. During this time I was leaning forward over cupboard and hit right side of my forehead on cupboard. I struck my head above right eyebrow. It was forceful and hurt immediately. I noticed a small abrasion. The following day [REDACTED] while putting away gowns I leaned over to get gowns and when I stood up I struck same area with open cupboard door. When i woke up [REDACTED] I noticed some headaches throughout the day. On [REDACTED] they became more frequent and in the afternoon noticed pain and swelling along right side of face hair line and a large what felt like lymph node under my right ear. I was as large as a quarter. I began to feel a little dizzy and asked family members same question several times. I worked [REDACTED] [REDACTED] with headaches throughout day and had difficulty sleeping due to shooting pain from bump to top of head. . [REDACTED] I woke with headaches and pain and swelling along hairline
