After punching out for the day employee was walking to her car.

Employee was leaving work. While walking to her car in the parking lot she was not paying attention and mis-stepped onto the curb causing her to fall. As she fell employee attempted to brace herself which caused her to hurt her right hand left knee and bust her top lip. Employee then went to her next engagement. Later that same day employee began to experience increased pain and swelling so she went to [REDACTED] ER for evaluation and treatment. Employee did not notify employer.
