IW INFORMED ME THAT AT APPROXIMATELY [REDACTED] HE BUMPED HIS RIGHT [REDACTED] ON THE BOTTOM EDGE OF THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR. HE LATER NOTICED THAT A LARGE LUMP HAD DEVELOPED IN THE AREA THAT HE BUMPED. I WAS ON THE YARD AT [REDACTED] WHEN HE RETURNED AND WAS PULLING HIS SWEAT SHIRT OFF. THAT 'S WHEN HE BROUGHT IT TO MY ATTENTION. HE STATES THAT THERE IS NO PAIN IN HIS [REDACTED] AT ALL BUT HE 'D LIKE TO SEE WHAT 'S GOING ON WITH THE LUMP
