I WAS ON THE YARD AT [REDACTED] WHEN HE RETURNED AND WAS PULLING HIS SWEAT SHIRT OFF. THAT 'S WHEN HE BROUGHT IT TO MY ATTENTION. HE STATES THAT THERE IS NO PAIN IN HIS [REDACTED] AT ALL BUT HE 'D LIKE TO SEE WHAT 'S GOING ON WITH THE LUMP
