Training with the mixer employee left alone to push a dough trough into the trough lift

Trough would not go into the cradle because employee did not have it all the way down. Mixer employee pulled trough out of the cradle dropped it and pushed it back employee helped push it in. Once in the cradle the mixer pulled down the retention bar while the trainee still had his hand on the trough. Bar struck the trainee 's left ring finger.
