Exiting the Temporary MRI trailer
What happened
the MRI trailer parked outside for temporary use. She made it down 1 step and went to step down again but her shoe got caught on the back of the step she lost her shoe and twisted knee as she came off the last step wrong due to the sequence of events. She felt lateral knee pain and began to feel swelling. Knee pain is getting worse not better popping weakness locking and catching. In reviewing this incident with the [REDACTED] she mentioned that facilities and the vendor stated the stairs were slightly uneven due to cement not being low enough to accommodate the usual layout for the configuration.
