Right shoulder and right upper back. [REDACTED] was assiting an RN boose a patient in bed. The patient was a total assist and [REDACTED] felt some pain at that time. The pain went away ader a couple days. She was then working 6 25 23 and was helping a bilat total knee get up. She states sine the patient had difficulty standing with two post surgical site she had to help more than normal. She felt pain in her righ shoulder and right upper back.
