Before the incident
Associate was prepping a ren block for support of some inserts he was working on.
What happened
There was excess bondo on the block. He was trimming off the excess bondo with bandsaw. The bondo applied extra resisitence to the blade. When the blade broke through the bondo the block twisted and associate touched the spinning blade with his finger. There was tendon involvement. He did go to ER for repair
