What happened
EE was unrolling a tarped trailer when he threw the rope over the trailer to secure it the rope tail landed in the trailer. When he began to tug on the rope violently all of a sudden it released and the tail of the rope which was tied to a piece of struck the EE in the head due to EE not wearing a hard hat.
