What happened
He was flipping a part on his work bench to deburr it and was using the crane with a rigging. He did not have the crane centered over the part and it swung as he lifted it. He reactively caught it and as he placed the part down he got his finger stuck between the part and the rigging. Lacerating his left pinky finger and breaking the bone tip.
