What happened
EE allege he was working in Fry 1 Raw at the 2nd breader machine had made repairs started the machine and noticed his needle nosed pliers were left on the sifter belt. EE walked around breader machine and reached to get his pliers when his glove and finger got caught between incline flight belt and frame. EE has fracture to the distal tip of the left 5th digit with soft tissue injury.
