2nd shift DNR line service EE was on DNR 2 scooping rice into the Rice Dial. When a co-worker who was training the EE was cutting the top off a rice tote. The EE was holding onto and pulling the top that was being cut off. This EEs Rt index finger was cut between his 2nd and 3rd knuckle with the knife.
