Before the incident
Worker was driving a delivery van on a county highway during the daytime. What driver was doing immediatley before the incident is unknown as the driver does not have recall of the events.

After a bend in the road the driver lost control of the van and the delivery van left the road and went through a drainage ditch stopping in a soybean field. The force of the accident caused the driver to make contact with the steering column dashboard and windshield.
