Before the incident
TM had arrived on site at [REDACTED] located on [REDACTED]. TM was preparing paperwork getting ready to step out and head to back to open up trailer of box truck.
What happened
Team member was at the store on [REDACTED] city at [REDACTED]. The TM was stepping out of the boxtruck [REDACTED] using 3-points of contact when he fell back and landed on his left hand but his right leg was stuck underneath him. He laid down for a few minutes. He then got up and everything was fine. He just felt a little sore and continued to work. When he arrived back at the site he spoke to the supervisor on shift that he fell out of the truck. He immediately reported to the safety coordinator onsite.
